20-157.   Same; transfer of certain publications, books, records andaccounts from state library.All books, pamphlets and documents of a legal nature now deposited withand the property of the Kansas state library and under the supervision andcontrol of the state law librarian shall be transferred to and shall becomethe property of the Kansas supreme court law library. All books, recordsand accounts involving the sale of Kansas reports, advance sheets, court ofappeals reports and reports and proceedings of the Wyandotte constitutionalconvention, together with records of the state law library report fund,shall be transferred by the state librarian to the custody and control ofthe state law librarian.
