20-202.   Notes of decisions.It shall be the duty of the justices of the supreme court to prepare anddeliver to the reporter full notes of all decisions made by them, whichthey shall deem of sufficient importance to publish, within sixty daysafter the close of the term at which the causes are tried, in which suchdecisions are made.
