Article 2.--REPORTER OF SUPREME COURT AND REPORTS

      20-203.   Syllabus of points of law.A syllabus of the points of law decided in any case in the supreme courtshall be stated in writing by the judge delivering the opinion of thecourt, which shall be confined to points of law arising from the facts inthe case, that have been determined by the court, and the syllabus shall besubmitted to the judges concurring therein for revisal before publicationthereof; and it shall be inserted in the book of reports withoutalteration, unless by consent of the judges concurring therein.
