20-210.   Replacement without charge, when.The state law librarian is hereby authorized to replace without chargevolumes of the Kansas reports which have been destroyed by fire, floodor other natural catastrophe, only if the same were originallydelivered to and in the custody of an office or agency authorized toreceive reports without charge pursuant to K.S.A. 20-208.
