20-212.   Sale of courts of appeals reports and Wyandotte constitutionalconvention proceedings.The state law librarian is authorized and directed to sell the Kansascourts of appeals reports and proceedings and debates of the Wyandotteconstitutional convention now in his hands at a cost of two dollars ($2)per volume, plus fifty cents (50[) for postage and handling, to be paid inadvance.
