Article 2.--REPORTER OF SUPREME COURT AND REPORTS

      20-213.   Sale of reports; disposition of moneys; library report feefund.The state law librarian shall remit all moneys received by or forsuch librarianfrom the sale of reports of the supreme court and from the sale of court ofappeals reports to the state treasurer in accordancewith the provisions of K.S.A. 75-4215, and amendments thereto. Upon receiptofeach such remittance, the state treasurer shalldeposit theentire amountin the state treasury tothe credit of the libraryreport fee fund. All expenditures from such fund shall be made inaccordance with appropriation acts upon warrants of the director ofaccounts and reports issued pursuant to vouchers approved by the state lawlibrarian or by a person or persons designated by such statelibrarian. The state lawlibrarian may make expenditures from such fund for the purpose of payingthe cost of transportation, handling and storage charges incurred bythe state librarian inthe sale, delivery and storage of such reports, includingthe cost ofproviding shelving for their storage, and for the purchase of librarymaterials related to the subject of law and the rebinding of same, and forthe purpose of reprinting volumes of such reports.
