Article 22.--JUDICIAL COUNCIL

      20-2203.   Duties of judicial council.It shall be the continuous duty of the judicial council to survey andstudy the judicial branch of the state and recommend improvements intheadministration of justice. The judicial council shall receive and considersuggestions from judges, lawyers, public officials and citizens concerningsuggested improvements to the administration of justice. The judicial councilmay undertake studies in any area of law for the purpose of improving theadministration of justice and, may accept assignments from the legislature orthe supreme court.
