Chapter 20.--COURTS
Article 3.--DISTRICT COURTS

      20-301.   District court in each county; jurisdiction.There shall be in each county a districtcourt, which shall be a court of record, and shall have general originaljurisdiction of all matters, both civil and criminal, unless otherwiseprovided by law, and also shall havesuch appellate jurisdiction as prescribed by law.
