      20-320.   Same; duties of chief justice; records and report.The chief justice shall analyze and study such reports as are submittedto him and promptly submit a summary thereof, and the recommendations ofthe judicial departments and judicial administrators, and shall cause acopy of all recommendations to be filed as public record in the office ofthe clerk of the supreme court and shall, at the beginning of everylegislative session, submit a written report to the governor of the state,and to the judiciary committees of both houses of the legislature.
