20-321.   Same; rules and regulations; assistants.The chief justice of the supreme court and each judicial departmentjustice shall adopt such rules and regulations as they may deem necessaryto carry out the provisions of this article, and shall assign such dutiesand shall appoint such assistants to the judicial administrator as theydeem necessary, to promptly and efficiently carry out the intent of just,speedy, and inexpensive litigation for the litigants of the state.
