Article 3.--DISTRICT COURTS

     
20-333b.   Transfer of pending proceedings to new district.
All actions and proceedings pending in the district court of any county
at the time the county is transferred from one judicial district
to another, whether or not the
issues are joined, shall proceed in the district court of the
judicial district to which the county is transferred in the same
manner as if the actions and proceedings
had been commenced in that district, except when an action or
proceeding pending in a district court has been tried and taken under advisement
by a judge of the court, and is still undecided at the time the county is
transferred to a different judicial district, it shall be the
duty of the judge who tried the cause to make and render findings and judgment
on the cause and to determine all motions in the case in all respects as
though the county had not been transferred to a different
judicial district.
