      20-333b.   Transfer of pending proceedings to new district.All actions and proceedings pending in the district court of any countyat the time the county is transferred from one judicial districtto another, whether or not theissues are joined, shall proceed in the district court of thejudicial district to which the county is transferred in the samemanner as if the actions and proceedingshad been commenced in that district, except when an action orproceeding pending in a district court has been tried and taken under advisementby a judge of the court, and is still undecided at the time the county istransferred to a different judicial district, it shall be theduty of the judge who tried the cause to make and render findings and judgmenton the cause and to determine all motions in the case in all respects asthough the county had not been transferred to a differentjudicial district.
