20-336.   Election of district magistratejudges; election laws applicable.In any judicialdistrict which has not approved the propositionof nonpartisan selection of district court judges, election lawsapplicable to the election of county officers shall govern everyelection of district magistrate judges. Each district magistrate judge shallbe elected by the electors of the county where the judge's position is located.
