20-348.   County commissioners responsible for certainexpenses of districtcourt operations.Except for expenses required by law to be paid by the state, the board ofcountycommissioners of each county havean obligation to adequately fund the operation of the district court in thecounty and shallbe responsible for all expenses incurred for the operation of the districtcourt in the county.
