20-357.   Reproduction and preservation of courtrecords.Within the limits of the district court budget, anychief judgeof a judicial district may purchase, lease or acquire the equipment andfacilities necessary to carry out the purposes and intent of K.S.A. 20-159and amendments theretoand by contract and agreement arrange for the use thereof,and may employ personnel necessary to operate the equipment andfacilities.
