20-368. Disposition of bail forfeitures.
The clerk of the district court shall remit at least monthly
to the county treasurer of each county in the judicial district, and the county
treasurer shall deposit the same to the credit of the county general fund, the
amount equal to 40% of the total amount of bail forfeitures received in such
county during the preceding calendar month.
