20-368.   Disposition of bail forfeitures.The clerk of the district court shall remit at least monthlyto the county treasurer of each county in the judicial district, and the countytreasurer shall deposit the same to the credit of the county general fund, theamount equal to 40% of the total amount of bail forfeitures received in suchcounty during the preceding calendar month.
