20-910a. Transcript as evidence.That the transcript of notes of any duly appointed official reporter ofthe district court of any proceedings taken by such reporter in any courtin the state of Kansas, which shall thereafter be transcribed by suchreporter, and certified by him to be a true copy of all the evidence of anywitness or witnesses examined or other proceedings had in such court, maybe introduced in evidence by any party desiring to use the same under likecircumstances and with like effect as the deposition of such witness orwitnesses, or for any purpose for which the same may be competent.
