Article 9.--OFFICIAL REPORTERS FOR DISTRICT COURTS

     
20-910a.   Transcript as evidence.
That the transcript of notes of any duly appointed official reporter of
the district court of any proceedings taken by such reporter in any court
in the state of Kansas, which shall thereafter be transcribed by such
reporter, and certified by him to be a true copy of all the evidence of any
witness or witnesses examined or other proceedings had in such court, may
be introduced in evidence by any party desiring to use the same under like
circumstances and with like effect as the deposition of such witness or
witnesses, or for any purpose for which the same may be competent.
