20-912.   Rules for granting certificates for appointment as officialreporters.It shall be the duty of the supreme court of Kansas, under such rules asthe court shall deem necessary, and in substantially the same manner asattorneys at law are licensed to practice law, to grant certificates ofeligibility for appointment as official reporters of the district courts.
