20-912. Rules for granting certificates for appointment as official
reporters.
It shall be the duty of the supreme court of Kansas, under such rules as
the court shall deem necessary, and in substantially the same manner as
attorneys at law are licensed to practice law, to grant certificates of
eligibility for appointment as official reporters of the district courts.
