20-913.   Title of reporter; administration of oaths; seal.One holding such a certificate shall have the right to use the title"certified shorthand reporter," and is hereby authorized and empowered toadminister oaths, and to have an official seal which shall be used toauthenticate his official acts. The impress of such seal shall be recordedin the office of the clerk of the district court for the county in which heresides. Such seal may be of his own design but shall bear his name and thewords "certified shorthand reporter."
