Article 9.--OFFICIAL REPORTERS FOR DISTRICT COURTS

     
20-913.   Title of reporter; administration of oaths; seal.
One holding such a certificate shall have the right to use the title
"certified shorthand reporter," and is hereby authorized and empowered to
administer oaths, and to have an official seal which shall be used to
authenticate his official acts. The impress of such seal shall be recorded
in the office of the clerk of the district court for the county in which he
resides. Such seal may be of his own design but shall bear his name and the
words "certified shorthand reporter."
