Article 9.--OFFICIAL REPORTERS FOR DISTRICT COURTS

      20-917.   Official court reporter; assignment; transcripts; power to administeroaths; reporters' expenses.(a) The supreme court shall provide byrule for the assignment of an official court reporter appointed inany judicial district to duty in another judicial district.

      (b)   The supreme court shallregulate the making of the records of all court proceedings and shalladopt rules governing the preparation and sale of trial transcripts.

      (c)   An official court reporter shall have the power to administeroaths in any court proceeding in the same manner and to the same extentprovided by law for the administering of oaths by district judges.

      (d)   Official court reporters shallbe reimbursed for the actual and necessary expenses incurred in theperformance of their official duties, in the same manner and to the sameextent district judges are so reimbursed.
