23-499.   Authorized expenditures, when paid.The expenditure for salaries, compensation and necessary expenses of theoffice of court trustee provided for in this act may be paid during anybudget year, even though the same was not included in the budgetexpenditures for such budget year, until such time as the office shallbecome self-supporting, as determined by the chiefjudge.
