3-115.   Rights and duties of cities.All cities are hereby granted the same rights, privileges andimmunities, and are charged with the same obligations, responsibilities andduties toward municipal airports and municipal fields for aviation purposeslocated outside of the limits of any city as now exist for any property nowlocated within the limits of any city, including the right of eminentdomain.
