3-119.   Same; regulation.Such additional or supplemental airports shall be under the jurisdictionand control of the board of park commissioners or the airport authority, asis provided by K.S.A. 3-114, and such additional or supplemental airport orairports shall be governed by all of the laws of the state of Kansasrelating to the equipping, improving, operating, maintaining and regulatingof municipal airports or municipal fields for aviation purposes.
