3-123.   Same; rights and duties; eminent domain.Municipalities operating airports jointly are hereby granted the same rights,privileges andimmunities, and are charged with the same obligations, responsibilities andduties toward such airports located outside of themunicipal limits of any municipality as now exist for any property nowlocated within the limits of any municipality, including the right ofeminent domain.
