3-125.   Same; federal cooperation.Municipalities operating airports jointly are hereby authorized to cooperatewith the federal government, or anyfederal agency, and the rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, andto use such funds as may be available, or which may hereafter becomeavailable for the acquisition, operation and maintenance of such airportsin such manner as will comply with the provisions offederal acts and to do all the things necessary to be done in order tocomply therewith, or the rules and regulations thereunder.
