3-134.   Same; federal cooperation.The board of public utilities, in the management, control and operationof the airport and municipal fields for aviation purposes, may co-operatewith the federal government in promoting all defense measures and, in sodoing, may comply with any federal act applicable thereto and rulespromulgated thereunder, and to use any funds that may be available for suchpurposes in such manner as will comply with the provisions of any suchfederal act, including any grant or grants of money therein provided, andto do all other acts and things necessary to be done in order to complywith the provisions of any such federal act and rules promulgatedthereunder.
