3-144.   Same; disposition of proceeds.The proceeds from any sale or sales of surplus real estate conductedpursuant to provisions of K.S.A. 3-142 and 3-143, shall be deposited in therespective general or airport funds of said cities as their interests shallappear and as their respective governing bodies shall direct.
