Article 1.--MUNICIPAL AIRPORTS AND FIELDS

      3-145.   Revenue bonds in certain cities.Any city having a population of over two hundred fifty thousand(250,000) or the board of park commissioners or airport authority thereofand any city having a population of more than one hundred twenty thousand(120,000) and less than one hundred fifty thousand (150,000), whenauthorized to operate an airport, is hereby authorized and empowered toissue revenue bonds for the acquisition, construction, alteration, repair,improvement, extension or enlargement of such airport.
