3-154.   Issuance of special facilities revenue bonds by municipalitiesfor revenue-producing airport facilities.Any municipality which is authorized to own and operate an airport ishereby authorized and empowered to issue special facilities revenue bondsfor the acquisition, construction, alteration, improvement, or enlargementof any revenue-producing facility located on such airport, subject to theterms and conditions of this act.
