3-162.   Airport authority in certain cities; establishment.The governing body of any city having a population of more than twohundred fifty thousand (250,000) may establish, by ordinance, an airportauthority. Such authority shall be a body corporate and politic, and theofficial name thereof shall be "The __________ (inserting the name of thecity) airport authority."
