3-205.   Offenses under act; penalties.Any person violating the terms hereof shall be guilty of a misdemeanorand upon conviction shall be fined in a sum not exceeding five hundreddollars ($500) or by confinement in the county jail not exceeding six (6)months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
