3-305.   Same; condemnation.For the purpose of acquiring any necessary land or rights-of-way overthe same for the operation of public airports, if the board of countycommissioners cannot agree with the owner as to the price to be paidtherefor, condemnation procedure may be instituted by said board andprosecuted in the name of the county, under the provisions of the generalprovisions of the law relating to condemnation.
