3-306.   Same; regulation of airports; federal funds; contracts andleases.The board of county commissioners hereby is authorized to operate andmaintain and to make such reasonable rules and regulations governing theconduct and operation, maintenance and care of public airports as may benecessary for the best interests of the county and general public and isauthorized to accept federal funds, and to enter into leases and contractswith the federal government or any of its agencies, and with privateindividuals and persons pertaining to the use, conduct, operation,maintenance and care of public airports.
