3-307c.   Same; exercise of powers.In exercising the powers conferred by this act, the airport commissionshall (1) submit a proposed annual budget to the board of countycommissioners with recommendations concerning the tax levy, (2) adoptprograms and institute actions to attract industry, (3) act in such amanner as to provide facilities for maximum travel service, (4) submitrecommendations for regulations to be adopted by the commission, (5) act asan airport zoning commission for the county commissioners, (6) makerecommendations concerning acquisition of lands for use as public airportsand facilities in connection therewith and (7) do all other things deemednecessary and expedient to promote air services in the county.
