3-307d.   Same; jurisdiction over airports and facilities.Whenever public airports are acquired, constructed or operated pursuantto provisions of this act, or this act as amended, said public airportsshall thereafter remain under the jurisdiction of the board of countycommissioners notwithstanding subsequent annexation of said public airportsby a city.
