3-307d. Same; jurisdiction over airports and facilities.
Whenever public airports are acquired, constructed or operated pursuant
to provisions of this act, or this act as amended, said public airports
shall thereafter remain under the jurisdiction of the board of county
commissioners notwithstanding subsequent annexation of said public airports
by a city.
