3-310.   Same; tax levies, use of proceeds.The board of county commissioners of any county which has acquired anairport and flying field as provided in this act is hereby authorized tolevy an annual tax for the purpose of purchasing, operating, improvingor maintenance of same and to pay a portion of the principal and intereston bonds issued under the authority of K.S.A. 12-1774, and amendments thereto,by cities located in the county.
