3-311.   Same; lease or assignment; purposes.The board of county commissioners of such counties so acquiring airportsor flying fields may lease, assign or sublease the whole or part of suchairport or flying field to one or more responsible persons, associations orcorporations for any purpose directly or incidentally required for thesuccessful operation of such property: Provided, Areas not necessaryfor such activities may be leased for uses, such as agricultural, which arenot hazardous to aviation.
