3-312.   Same; operation; rules and regulations.Upon the acquisition of such airport and flying field, the board ofcounty commissioners is hereby authorized to operate, improve and maintainand care for same and to make such reasonable rules and regulationsgoverning the conduct, operation, care and maintenance as may be necessaryfor the best interests of the county and the general public.
