Article 3.--COUNTY AIRPORTS

     
3-313.   Same; acceptance of federal and state funds; application of
3-601 to 3-603.
Counties acquiring airports under the provisions of this act are hereby
authorized to accept and expend state, federal and other moneys. The
provisions of K.S.A. 3-601, 3-602 and 3-603, and acts amendatory thereof or
supplemental thereto, shall apply to such counties.
