3-314. Revenue bonds for airports and other facilities in counties establishingpublic airports under 3-302; pledge of facility income.Any county which has established a public airport, pursuant to theauthority granted in K.S.A. 3-302, may, through its board of countycommissioners, issue revenue bonds for the acquisition, construction,alteration, repair, improvement, extension or enlargement of any facilityof such airport or any facility for warehousing, industry or transportationlocated at such airport. Such bonds shall be issued in the same manner provided inK.S.A. 3-303 for the issuance of general obligation bonds for such airport,and before any such bonds may be issued, said board of county commissionersshall, by resolution, provide that the net income from any airport facility,or any facility for warehousing, industry or transportation located at suchairport, which is acquired, constructed, altered, repaired, improved, extended orenlarged with the proceeds of bonds issued hereunder shall be pledged forthe payment of said bonds.
