3-317.   Same; airport capital outlay fund.There is hereby established in every county to which this act applies afund which shall be called the airport capital outlay fund, which fund shallconsist of all moneys deposited therein in accordance with law. The proceedsof any tax levied under K.S.A. 3-316 shall be deposited in the airport capitaloutlay fund established by this act of the county making such levy.
