3-318.   Same; use of moneys.Any moneys in the airport capital outlay fund of any county and any moneysreceived from issuance of bonds under K.S.A. 3-319 or 3-324 may be usedfor the purpose of construction, reconstruction, repair, remodeling,additions to, furnishing and equipping of buildings, runways and hangarsfor airport purposes, architectural expenses incidental thereto, purchasing,leasing or otherwise acquiring servitudes or easements over surroundinglands to provide safe and unobstructed approaches thereto for the landingand taking off of aircraft using such airport.
