3-320.   Same; bonded debt limitation; exclusion.
Bonds issued under authority of K.S.A. 3-319 or 3-324 shall not be subject
to or within any bonded debt limitation prescribed
by law and, in determining the amount of bonded indebtedness of any county
for determination of any such bonded debt limitation, bonds issued under
this section shall not be considered.
