3-320.   Same; bonded debt limitation; exclusion.Bonds issued under authority of K.S.A. 3-319 or 3-324 shall not be subjectto or within any bonded debt limitation prescribedby law and, in determining the amount of bonded indebtedness of any countyfor determination of any such bonded debt limitation, bonds issued underthis section shall not be considered.
