3-324.   Same; issuance of bonds, when; limitations.Any county which is unconditionally authorized to make a tax levyunder K.S.A. 3-316 and 3-322 may issue and sell general obligation bondsbased upon and in lieu of making all or part of such tax levy authorizedunder K.S.A. 3-322. Any bonds issued under authority of this section shallbe subject to like limitations as bonds issued under K.S.A. 3-319 and shallbe issued in the same manner.
