3-403.   Same; federal cooperation.The board of county commissioners of any such county is herebyauthorized and empowered to donate said land so acquired by deed orotherwise, to the war department of the United States, and to enter intoall contracts and agreements necessary to cooperate with the secretary ofwar of the United States, or other federal department or agency and to doand perform any act required in order to provide for carrying out theprovisions of this act.
