3-603. Same; validation of prior acts.
The acceptance, receipt, and expenditure of all federal moneys
heretofore made by any political subdivision of this state and all
contracts and agreements heretofore made with the federal government or
agencies thereof by any political subdivision of this state for the
acquisition, planning, construction, enlargement, improvement, maintenance,
equipment, or operation of airports and other air navigation facilities and
sites therefor are hereby legalized and made valid and effective.
