3-710.   Enforcement and remedies.The political subdivision or subdivisions adopting zoning regulationsunder this act may institute in any court of competent jurisdiction, anaction to prevent, restrain, correct or abate any violation of this act, orof airport zoning regulations adopted under this act, or of any order orruling made in connection with their administration or enforcement, and thecourt shall adjudge to the plaintiff such relief, by way of injunction(which may be mandatory) or otherwise, as may be proper under all the factsand circumstances of the case, in order fully to effectuate the purposes ofthis act and of the regulations adopted and orders and rulings madepursuant thereto.
