3-801.   Kansas facilities in an adjoining state.The governing body of any political subdivision of this state is herebyauthorized to acquire, establish, construct, own, control, lease, equip,improve, maintain, and operate airports, or restricted landing areas, orother air navigation facilities in an adjoining state whose laws permit,subject to the laws of such state, but subject to the laws of this state inall matters relating to financing such projects.
