Article 8.--COOPERATION WITH ADJOINING STATES

     
3-803.   Rights and duties; eminent domain.
Such adjoining state or political subdivision thereof shall have all the
rights, privileges, and duties of like political subdivisions of this
state, including the right to exercise eminent domain.
