3-804.   Applicability of 3-801 to 3-804.This act shall not apply unless the laws of such adjoining state shallpermit this state and its political subdivisions to acquire, establish,construct, own, control, lease, equip, improve, maintain, and operateairports, or restricted landing areas or other air navigation facilitiestherein, with all privileges, rights and duties applicable to suchaeronautical projects in such adjoining state.
