4-214.   Thirteenth judicial district.The counties ofButler, Greenwood and Elk shall constitute the 13thjudicial district. There shall be three district judges in such district.The judge holding one of the district judgepositions shall be a resident of Greenwoodor Elk county and the judge holding another such position shallbe a resident of Butlercounty. The position of the third district judge shall be in Butler county.
